2. User Responsibilities

3. Prohibited Items

1. Order Cancellation
- Before pickup: Full cancellation allowed at no charge
- After pickup: Cancellation is not allowed
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be provided if:
- Pickup was not completed
- Service could not be fulfilled
- Payment was deducted but the order was not processed
3. Non-Refundable Cases
No refund will be issued in case of:
- Incorrect address provided by the user
- Receiver unavailable at the delivery location
- Delays caused by external factors beyond our control
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
- Amount is credited to the original payment method
5. Damage or Loss
- Report any damage or loss within 24 hours of delivery
- An investigation is required before any compensation is issued
